My dough weighs about 1000 g, so each small piece should weigh about 67 g. Let the small doughs rise for <strong>15 min</strong> while preparing for the next step.</li>\n</ol>\n<h3>Paint the Cross</h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Mix</p>\n<div class=\"gatsby-highlight\" data-language=\"text\"><pre class=\"language-text\"><code class=\"language-text\">all purpose flour      1/3 cup \nwater                  1/4 cup</code></pre></div>\n<p>into a thin, pip-able dough.</p>\n</li>\n<li>Put the mixture in a sandwich bag and cut one corner.
